FAQs

  • Duration of sessions is based on your goals for therapy and what your current challenges are. Some clients feel ready to end therapy after 8-12 sessions and some remain longer because they find the ongoing support helpful. Therapy is catered to you and the number of sessions needed can be discussed in our first appointment together.

  • When you first start therapy we schedule your appointments on a weekly basis. This helps to get to know you and your challenges with minimal disruption. Depending on progress and your needs we can remain weekly or reduce to bi weekly. Some clients remain a monthly basis because they enjoy knowing they have the support to fall back on every month. The benefit of therapy for moms is that it is very customizable to your needs.

  • Yes, we are currently in network with most Premera BC/BS & Anthem or Private Pay.

    For out-of-network insurances we do provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. We recommend you contact your carrier to see if you have OON benefits to be eligible for reimbursement. Our 55 minute fee for an individual session is $175.
